-Up until now, the Stargate has been public and we've dealt with the ramifications only a bit. Let's just say things go to hell in 4.12 and 4.13.
-A character that made a VERY brief appearance in the finale arc last season will become a recurring character in this episode, played by Adrian Pasdar of Heroes fame.
