SGH - Blog Update
Alex Rubit has updated his blog. This new article talks about the new writers onboard, status of upcoming episodes and the usual 24 paragraph:
"I'm happy to say that three new staff members have joined the Horizon team. You'll be getting to know them a bit more soon. Two of them have come aboard as new writers, Patricia and Vincent. And the third one is in fact our concept artist, Peter. Looks like once new episodes start to air in March, we'll actually be having some concept art to go along with them. We had a big staff meeting today, and Peter will be getting started on two starship designs, one of them will be a new version of a familiar ship class, the other will be something completely new."

SGH - New Czech Episode
Well, it might be quiet for the english Horizon team, but the Czech crew are practically throwing translations at us. Their latest release is Contagion:
"As a Tok'ra colony is infected with a deadly virus that threatens to kill them all, Lenori is asked to assist them in finding a cure. As Lenori and Christine arrive on the planet, Lenori must face a past that is not his own, and discovers that an old enemy might not be dead after all."

SGD- Friendly Fire Online
The second (third if you count the pilot as two) episode of the brand new series, Stargate Destiny is online. Following up on the explosive pilot, Friendly Fire follows the teams first mission through the Stargate:
"When a UAV crash kills several members of a village on a planet, Destiny-1 is sent to investigate. However, the inhabitants of the village misconstrue this accident as an attack, and use a strange power on the team."

SGD- Series Premiere Online
Here we are, the day of the premiere of the first episode of the second Stargate virtual series, script based virtual series. In the making for over a year, Geoff Hill's pilot episode, Providence, sees the light of day:
"After a discovery made in Egypt tells of a small group of Ancients that left earth by ship nearly 10000 years ago for the Orion galaxy, the Destiny, the ISGC's newest vessel, and its crew, are sent on a mission of a lifetime to find the last of these Ancients. "
Not only that, but four pieces of concept art have been released. You can read the episode and view the concept art on the Stargate Destiny website.

SGH - Blog Update
Alex Rubit has updated his Stargate Horizon blog. This time he attempts to convince us he has a private life, as well as revealing certain details on the upcoming episodes:
"I'm also working on finishing the outline for "Zach Story" as well as outlining "The Adversary", which will be a fun stand alone episode in which Grant gets to show his tactical skills. We've decided to put "The Game" on hold, and go for "The Adversary" instead, basically because the feeling was that it was time that we gave Grant the opportunity to show himself from his "soldier-side", if you will. "The Adversary" will see him in a situation where he'll be depending on his tactical skills more than ever. Interestingly I started thinking about this episode idea while watching Kiefer on 24. We're still breaking the story, but it's looking to become a fun episode."
He also mentions that the Santa/Ancient pitch is out of the window and not looking likely. However, he talks about other episodes and 24..a usual blog update. Check it out.

SGD - New Website Layout
The Stargate Destiny website has recieved a make over. It was updated earlier this week, just in time for the pilot release tomorrow. Not only that but the character bio's have been updated, and two wallpapers have been released.

SGL - Production Ceased
Well it seems we've lost another series, Stargate Legacy has had it's production ceased:
Due to well...nothing going on behind the scenes, production on Legacy has been ceased. There were only myself and Kyle working on this, but Kyle had personal life keeping him busy and I had Destiny keeping me busy.
We still have the work done on the episodes, including 3 completed episodes. I hope to eventually work on this series again, but until then...
So, fingers crossed this series will eventually see the light of day, and if not that, hopefully the episodes released. But luckily the second Stargate virtual series will be released in a couple of days.

SGH - Czech Translation of Collision
One of the most popular episodes of the first season recieves its Czech make over:
"As the team discovers a dangerous ship-like weapon, which is on course for an inhabited planet, a race against the clock begins, as they must find a way to stop this doomsday weapon on time. Meanwhile the rest of the team boards the weapon, where they must learn that the only way to stop it will mean making a costly sacrifice."
The original was brought to you by one-time writer, Steven Cameron and has recieved it's Czech translation from Arina. Download it.

SGH - Glory of Bre'nok Czech Translation
Really on the ball now, with another speedy release of yet another Season 1 episode of Stargate Horizon. Arana of the Czech Horizon Productions has released the translation for the 2nd part of the Aschen story, the Glory of Bre'nok:
"Desperately in need of help, Horizon is contacted by the Aschen Commander and rebel leader Seeta; she tells Grant that her people require humanitarian aide, and she also needs to use the Horizon Stargate. She intends to make contact with a mysterious people, called Artohsians. They were once advanced, and she hopes that they will be able to provide the Aschen rebellion with assistance and shelter."
So you know the drill by now, read the latest translation.

Arana is back from the Christmas hiatus and has released another translation, this time of 1x12, Equilibrium:
"Grant, Sivea, Chase and Tom encounter a group of Vorians on a planet, they at first believed to be uninhabited. They learn that this group of Vorians does not consider itself part of the Vorian society, and follows a philosophy which is forbidden by the Vorian law: the philosophy of the Cai’nan; Vorians who posses telepathic ability far beyond ordinary Vorians. Very soon it will become clear just how powerful Vorian telepathy can be, and to what extent it can be abused."
Thats not all though. The Czech Horizon site has also been given a make over. Looks pretty cool. So you know the drill, head on over and check it out.
